We do not guarantee that every payment attempt will be authorised.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot necessarily be combined with other offers.

9. Free Gifts and Promotional Offers

From time to time, Selvoria may offer complimentary gifts subject to qualifying purchase requirements.

A complimentary silk eye mask may be offered with qualifying orders containing four or more eligible items.

Free gifts:

are subject to availability
have no cash redemption value
may not be exchanged for cash
may be substituted with an item of reasonably comparable value if necessary

If a qualifying order is partially returned and no longer meets the promotional requirement, we may require the complimentary gift to be returned unused, or where legally permitted, adjust the refund to reflect the promotional structure.

I recommend we use this clause because it prevents someone from buying four items purely to obtain the free gift and then returning three.

10. Free Shipping Offers

Where advertised, free shipping applies subject to the stated minimum spend and eligibility requirements.

Selvoria currently offers free standard shipping on Australian orders over A$85, subject to any applicable promotional terms.

If products are subsequently returned, the original free-shipping benefit does not create an additional cash entitlement.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

We aim to process orders quickly.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered fulfilment.

If cancellation is no longer possible, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Shipping

Shipping timeframes displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping, tracking, delays, incorrect addresses and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have if goods are not supplied within a reasonable period.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy currently allows eligible returns requested within 30 days from the order date, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

This voluntary timeframe does not restrict rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant goods under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law where the law applies.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any statutory right, consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Contract terms cannot override mandatory consumer rights.

Where you give us permission to use customer content for marketing or website purposes, the scope of that permission will depend on the consent obtained.

Important for launch

Because you mentioned earlier that the initial reviews will be created internally, I would be very careful here.

If a review is presented as a genuine customer testimonial when it is not, that can create a misleading representation. Australian consumer law applies to testimonials and website claims as well as ordinary advertising.

So for launch I recommend either:

using genuine beta/tester feedback, or
not presenting internally written marketing copy as verified customer experiences.
