Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance or courier delays.


Shipping Origin

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier outside the United Kingdom to the customer’s delivery address.

  • Shipping area: United Kingdom only

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping within the UK

Orders are shipped using international courier partners and handed over to local UK carriers for final delivery.
Carrier selection is determined by destination and logistical availability.


Order Cancellation & Changes

We operate an automated order processing system.

Once an order has been placed:

  • It cannot be modified

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It cannot be refunded prior to delivery

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Allow 1–4 business days for tracking to become active

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier and may be delayed

  • In rare cases, tracking may not update but the order will still be delivered
