This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

  • We do not offer free returns.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Returned items must be shipped to our central return warehouse outside the United Kingdom.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees vary based on courier, package size, and weight

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Shipped using a traceable shipping service

  • Sent to the return address provided after approval

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products, including underwear and lingerie


Return Package Guidelines

  • Clearly mark the package as “Return” on the shipping declaration

  • Declare the total value of the returned items accurately

This requirement helps prevent damage during transit.


How to Return Your Order

After contacting us, please email infoselvoria@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Tracking number

  • Clear photos showing:

    • Unused condition

    • Tags attached

    • Original packaging

⚠️ Returns that do not follow these steps will not be eligible for a refund.


Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of:

  • Receipt of the return

  • Approval or rejection of the refund


Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 5 business days after inspection

  • Bank processing times may vary


Refunds (If Rejected)

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Items are worn, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

  • Return is initiated after 30 days

  • Hygiene-restricted items are returned

Rejected items will be sent back to the original delivery address.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank for processing delays

Customs & Duties on Returns

  • We are not responsible for customs fees related to returns

  • If a return is delayed, lost, or held by customs, a refund cannot be issued


Exchange Policy

  • One exchange is permitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs

  • Replacement items are shipped once the request is approved


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos and your order number

In these cases:

  • A replacement will be provided

  • Refunds are not offered


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

  • The missing item will be reshipped at no cost

  • Refunds are not available for missing items


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Package not collected from a pickup location

  • Delivery refusal

We are not liable, and refunds will not be issued.
Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.


Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • We are not liable once an order has been dispatched

  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses
